More about me

As a mechanical engineer, I made the best decision of my life after suffering a burnout in 2014 when I decided to make a fresh start in the field of health. At the interface between medicine and sport, as a career changer, I first rehabilitated myself and now I am happy to pass on my knowledge and experience. Through my own story, I know how closely physical and emotional health are linked and how important holistic well-being is.

"A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. My goal is to understand your personal goals and support you through individual training that is adapted to your nervous system."

My area of expertise includes functional neurology and neural body training. Since 2017, I have been helping my clients in the Berlin area to progress not only physically, but also in their lifestyle. Thanks to my experience and my holistic approach to health and sport, you will soon feel great. Your well-being during training forms the basis for pain modulation and effective movement. With me, you will experience a special training method that benefits from my technical background. Together, we will take structured and targeted steps to achieve your goals. You will not have to do random exercises, because everything is geared towards your long-term success. Through my further training in the field of bodywork and trauma therapy, you will receive holistic and unique support. My experience in rehabilitation, injury prevention and performance improvement in training will benefit you.

Based on the latest findings from neuroscience, I offer neurocentric training that focuses specifically on reducing pain and stress. Neuro-based Coaching

Neuro-based coaching forms the foundation for successful stress and pain management. Since all systems in the body, including muscles, posture, breathing, blood pressure, heart rate and others, are controlled by the nervous system, by working with the nervous system we can specifically control internal processes and achieve desired results on a physical level.

Neurocentric training is not just about training functions such as eye movements, balance and body awareness, but rather about ensuring that all neurological processes are running smoothly. The processing and integration of the signals the brain receives from the eyes, balance, joints and other systems must be correctly received and integrated so that appropriate physical responses can occur, such as standing upright.

Most traditional sports and manual therapies as well as physiotherapy focus on working on the tissue structures. In neurocentric training, however, we go one level deeper - to the nerves that transmit the signals from the tissue to the brain and back. This is what creates what is known as neuronal healing, which enables the tissues to heal. For example, in the case of chronic back pain, neurocentric training is not only about combating symptoms by strengthening the back muscles, but also about understanding the neuronal causes of the pain and eliminating them by fine-tuning the neurosystem.

Who are my customers?

Physiotherapists, personal and fitness trainers, yoga teachers, doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs and of course athletes - men and women who value their well-being and performance and strive for a higher quality of life.

Whether regular support of nerve function to maintain movement functions in multiple sclerosis, reconstruction after a Covid infection, training for pain modulation or stress reduction, performance improvement for athletes before competition, rehabilitation after an injury or an accident - everyone can achieve their sporting goals with me through neurocentric training.
