Homework for independent work.

3 weeks of targeted work on posture, balance and coordination.

 

It is not a boring, classic workout.

A mix of neuroathletics, kinetics and functional training awaits you.

 

In the course you will work on your posture from a depth perspective and in doing so, your back will be strengthened.
